This lovely guest home is situated in a gated community on 2 lush acres and has full access to the resort-like back yard including swimming pool, waterfall, jacuzzi, fire pit, basketball area, viking grill, and a spectacular wood fire pizza oven. The evening lights and ambiance is perfect for dreamy Southern California nights! Although this. detached casita is only about 20 feet off of the main residence, there is plenty of privacy, including a private parking area and two private entrances. This north San Diego county suburb has a country feel and is walking distance to several different trails, including beautiful Lake Poway, where you can feed ducks, go fishing, hike to the famous potato chip rock, or rent a paddle boat. Only 30 minutes away are some of America's finest beaches, the world famous San Diego Zoo, Seaworld, Legoland, Balboa Park, Gaslamp district, and so much more! Inside the casita, you'll find two queen sized beds, two queen sized sofa beds, and a sleeping loft. In addition, there is a full sized kitchen, a bathroom, and plenty of parking. Go spend the day at the beach and feel free to use our surfboards, boogie boards, snorkel gear, beach chairs, coolers, umbrellas, and sand toys.
