Positive: The balcony is very nice. As said in other comments, there are people talking at night but they are friendly and talk very quietly, it didn't bother me at all.
Negative: The bathroom is very old, it's like showering at your grandma's. It's very hard to find the right temperature, you will struggle for many minutes. There might be a problem with the pipes too.
