Step into the home and be immediately greeted with unobstructed views of the Tonto National Forest. Every window has a mountain view and vibe of being tucked into the pines. The open floor plan has a contemporary living and dining space with a beautiful fireplace with a pellet stove insert to create a warm, cozy atmosphere for you and your guests. The gourmet kitchen has everything you will need and more to prepare meals, entertain and get ready for an outdoor BBQ.
The sunroom is designed as a game room and relaxing reading room with a bar to enjoy nights and days inside while absorbing the panoramic views
The half bath and laundry room on the main level make this layout extremely convenient and comfortable.
On the second level are 3 guest bedrooms. The master has a queen sleigh bed and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The other two bedrooms have queen beds and share a hall bathroom with a tub/shower combo. All beds are outfitted with high-end linens and comforters. There is ample closet space and a portable crib if needed.

It still stands today as the oldest schoolhouse in Arizona and is open for tours May through mid-October.
