This rental is the 1st Floor 2 Bedroom/2 Bathroom. Enjoy breakfast on one of the many patios or set out the hammocks for a lazy afternoon nap. After a full day of incredible diving, rinse your dive gear in the dunk tank in the back patio and hang to dry in the secure locked storage area.
This beautiful home is located in the upscale residential area of the Corpus Christi church and plaza, just 4 blocks from the ocean. Walking distance to beach, town, markets, bakeries, restaurants etc. Completely furnished with traditional Mexican furnishings. This listing is for the 1st floor which has 2 bedrooms (1 large King with huge bathroom and 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds next to hallway bathroom with a shower. There is approx 1400 feet of living space complete with full living room, kitchen and dining room. Home comes with drinking water, linens and towels. Both bedrooms have A/C. 1st floor living room has 40' Smart TV and USA programming cable. The house has internet service. The property is gated and secure. Front lawn is grass with a maya rock walkway and gardens.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay once again at Colonial Andres. It is walking distance to the beach, shopping, and the ferry. This is the second time we have stayed here and will probably be back in the future.
