Stunning villa for 6 people in unique location in Mojacar Playa with superb sea views, private swimming pool and approximately 700 metres to the sought after beach of Las Ventanicas and all amenities.
This villa is located in Calle Bellavista, in elevated position that allows panoramic views of the coasline and comprises 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, fully equipped open plan kitchen with dining room, living room, integrated garage and private swimming pool and terrace.
Access to the property is via the upper floor where you will find the main living area with the 3 bedrooms in the lower level.

Entrance door leads into a bright and airy lounge equipped with comfortable furniture, very large Smart TV & WiFi connection and patio doors with access to terrace with superb views.
Fully equipped kitchen with fridge-freezer, ceramic hob & oven, microwave, coffee maker, toastre, hand blender and all other kitchenware and crockery.
Kitchen comes with dining area and access to terrace.
Integrated garage.

Internal staircase from upper level leads down to lower level that comprises 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and access to swimming pool area.

This villa is the second one in a line of linked villas that has a vehicle entrance next to the villa, off the main road. The access road is just before a black metal winding staircase with a sign reading Calle Bellavista Nº 7. if you follow the access road going up for a few yards you will find the main entrance door to the property which is marked with a Nº 2
Distance to beach is approximately 700 metres. Because it is in a elevated position the access road is quite steep.

This is the south end of ojácar Playa and access to the villa is on Calle Bellavista.There is a hill to get to the villa (hence the views) however, from the property to the beach you have a short distance of only approximately 700 metres.
Once you reach the seaside main street you will find a good selection of bars & restaurants, beach bars, shops and the 2.5km long waterfront promenade
