This space is nested behind a very quiet street, thoughtfully stylish designed.
There is a a romantic bed, a couch, 50 inches smart tv.
The unit also has a panty with everything you need to heat up your food or to prepare a quick meal.
We have 1 light for the bath room but there is no light for standing shower
Please note this is a town house and there are 3 units on this property. You will be on unit A.
There are 3 units on this property. This unit is on the first level but you have to walk 4 steps up.
You can park on the street in front of the house for free and it doesn’t require permit
There is no backyard.
The unit has central HVAC and the thermostat is set at 72 in the winter and 68 in the summer. It’s outside of the unit and can not be controlled. The studio has a space heater.
Bath tub is not available to be used at the moment. We do have a standing shower.
The plug in the bathroom is not working and the light in the standing shower could not be turned on. There is still the light in the bath room.
Check in is 4pm and Check out is 11am.
Same day booking will be notified of the new check in time as it might not be ready at the time you book.
Please add your pet in the reservation if you plan to bring them. Dogs only. Up to two dogs max. $35 per dog, per stay.
We do PEST control monthly but it’s Oklahoma and we often get ants, insects visit the house, especially during the rain or storm. It doesn’t mean we do not clean the house well. If the cleaning team notice during cleaning time sessions, they always try their best to remove them. We follow a cleaning procedure and guideline but we could not control this issue completely. If you notice ants or some inspects, please find the spray bottle under the sink.
Weather in Oklahoma is quite extreme. We will try our best to keep the most comfortable temperature for the house but we can not guarantee to adjust them at a level you wish (extremely cold in the summer or extremely hot in the winter). Adjusting the thermostat to that level will result in damage to the Heat & Cool unit and you will be responsible for it.

You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or buying a non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a booking.

-Please add your pet in the reservation (We just allow Dog only) if you plan to bring them. The fee is $35 per dog/per stay.
- We will give 1 set of towels per person, the 2nd set needs to be requested 24 hours before checking time. After the 2nd will be $20 per set
- Early check in at 2pm or late check out at 1pm is available for a fee of $40. Please let us know 24 hours in advance so we can approve this request to arrange our schedule and collect the payment.
- Please check for all of your personal belongings before check out. We won’t hold any responsibility for your items. There will be a fee of $50+ shipping fee to ship it to you.
- If you don’t leave our property by 11:00am (unless late check out has been approved), you will be charged a late check out fee of $40 as we have to pay extra for the cleaning team for their wait time or reroute them.

Plaza district: It's a short drive of 4 minutes that takes you till full of local stores, restaurants. Some of my favorites are Empire Slicehouse, Roxy's ice cream, the Press Asian district: just 3 minutes drive. They have all the Asian restaurant that you are looking for. My favorites are Thai House, Pho Lien Hoa, Asian Bistro VII, Fung's kitchen. Film row and surrounding: 5-7 minutes drive that near main street. They have lots of craft brewery, Jones Assembly concert. Midtown: 3-5 minutes drive- make sure to try Halls Pizza Kithen and Barrios. Downtown: 3-5 minutes drive with some classic movie and adult beverages
You will have the access to your unit only. Please don't access to other units, storage room, basement, attic or garage.
This cute little studio features a queen size canopy bed with a romantic theme, a couch and small pantry with coffee machine, toaster oven, mini fridge and a microwave. You will also be provided with plate, cup, wine glasses and silver ware.
I also forgot to mention about the cute patio for your morning coffee or just to sip a glass of wine before going to bed.

Car, Uber and Lyft are the easiest forms on transportation.
