This luxury high end home sits in the golf course community of the Highlands and two miles from Breckenridge Village and Resort.
It is an architectural gem of 5200 sq. ft meticulously designed to capture the charm and character of a homey retreat, offering 5 elegant bedrooms and 5 bathroom, plus one half bath. It also has an additional luxury guesthouse, state of the art gourmet kitchen, and a beautifully appointed family room.
This exquisite Highlands home displays refined comfort and modern sophisticated amenities, where quality craftsmanship meets thoughtful design creating a bright, relaxing ambience. Stunning views of the ten mile range mountains make it an even more pleasant stay.
The main floor has a master king suite with spa bathroom, washer, and dryer. There is a home office for those who need to work. Computer and internet are provided. In the family room, dramatic wood beamed ceilings and picturesque windows open to the view of the ten mile range mountains and golf course.
There is a large gourmet kitchen, made for a chef, and quartz counter-tops with a large island. Other amenities include stainless steel appliances, wolf stove, 3 refrigerators, two dishwashers, wine cooler, built in microwave, and a large tv on kitchen wall. You will find a nice breakfast area open to the kitchen.
The family room with wooded beamed ceilings, amazing oversized fireplace, and panoramic windows, is a highlight. We have an additional queen guest bedroom on first floor with on suite bathroom. The utility room on first floor includes a large washer and dryer.
The second family room downstairs is next to third additional bedroom with king size bed and bath. It has a cozy fireplace, a large flat screen tv on wall, and, for your precious children, there are games, movies, and a game console. There is a small refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave in small kitchen downstairs. The children's bunk-bed room, which sleeps 8, is next to an additional bathroom. The sauna/steam room is available down by the family room, and the movie theater room includes a large screen and projector to enjoy at night. We now have a pool table, as well as a ping pong table to relax and have fun. Enjoy the hot jacuzzi on the deck for all the family to relax under the stars.
The home has a 3 car garage. There is a fireplace in every room of the house. The guest quarters is attached to the home, above the garage. It has a living room with breakfast area, queen bedroom, and bathroom, washer/dryer, tv, small but full kitchen. It also includes a stove, fridge, microwave and dishwasher. This home sleeps 10 comfortably.
