Broadbeach is a fantastic spot to stay! It is a central location on the Gold coast, with beautiful beaches, framed by lazy parks, home to weekend markets and week day yoga classes. NOTE:

- We have rental agreement as part of our terms and conditions. Guest must sign the rental agreement.

- For last minute booking within 3 days, guests will be asked to send a selfie holding their credit card as an additional security measure. This is to ensure legitimacy and prevent fraudulent transaction.
- extra public holiday surcharge which will be equal to 50% of the cleaning price if you'll check out on a public holiday. This is to be charged separately a week before your arrival, or immediately if less than a week.
- Only the bedding set out for your booked number of guests is to be used. Usage of any extra bedding without prior approval will incur charges of $50 per night per item used
