Unwind on the beautiful full-grain Italian leather sectional sofa. Listen to vinyl records from all genres and era's on the record player, or connect to the speaker via Bluetooth and stream your favorite songs. The vintage carrara marble coffee table sits atop a gorgeous silk Persian rug, accented by two elegant barrel chairs. The shelves are filled with plenty of art, games, knick knacks and books for you to enjoy.
Dining room:
The dining room has a long rectangular table with seating for 14. There are 6 tufted dining chairs, as well as 8 bar stools provided for additional seating. Large picturesque windows in the dining room provide plenty of natural light to create a warm, charming space that's perfect for large gatherings. Play a game of shuffleboard on the shuffleboard table, or fix yourself a drink at the barcart.
Kitchen:
The brand new kitchen is stocked with everything you'll need for cooking! Newly updated with high end finishes and fully equipped with a four burner stove, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, DeLonghi espresso machine & drip coffee maker, as well as a Keurig and tea station. An assortment of beverages are provided free of charge for you to enjoy during your stay! There is also a spice rack, assorted condiments and olive oil provided to make any delicious meal you'd like. The kitchen is stocked with knives, plates, spoons, forks, and pots/pans.
First bathroom:
The first full sized bathroom is located on the first floor and is stocked with premium spa-grade organic shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, as well as a hair dryer, makeup wipes, cotton swabs and other necessities.

Across from the fourth bedroom you'll find the fifth, also located at the very top floor. Featuring two super comfy queen beds fitted with fine linens, a sofa and 55" smart TV as well as a collectors edition Monopoly set to enjoy -- the perfect space to unwind and relax.

There is a half bathroom conveniently located on the third floor.

Hangout and get some fresh air on the beautiful front porch. Features a porch swing for you to chill out on and enjoy the warm weather in the spring and summertime! Both the front and back yard are fenced in and provide the perfect amount of space for your pets to run and play.

Beechview offers the perfect blend of city life with a suburban feel. The charming streets lined with big old houses and proximity to all of Pittsburgh's top attractions makes the area a perfect location for families and groups. Traveling outside of Beechview is easy to do with public transit running directly through the area known as the T.
Another feature locals love about Beechview is the abundance of pedestrian and bike-friendly roads. There are several grocery stores and restaurants within easy walking distance from the house. Plenty of sidewalks make it easy to get around the area without a car.
Beechview is also home to a few tranquil spots of nature. At the north end of the neighborhood sits the Beechview-Seldom Seen Greenway, a hidden natural gem in the middle of the city. This space provides a few hiking trails that are short enough for beginner hiking enthusiasts to enjoy, along with an abundance of trees and wildlife. A stream runs through the greenway, further enhancing the natural ambiance. Right across the highway and just outside of the Beechview neighborhood lies Mt. Washington park, a 257-square foot green park with elevated city views and tons of Pittsburgh's top restaurants.
The area is super walkable, get to the Westfield t-line stop in 2 minutes and ride into downtown in less than 15! Many fabulous restaurants and shopping are also less than a 15 minute walk away from the house. Uber, Lyft and taxi services are readily available in the area as well.
