SLEEPING ACCOMMODATIONS
The master en suite is absolutely splendid. Sink into the king size bed adorned with crisp, high thread count cotton linens, a cotton duvet and down pillows. The master has a beamed ceiling, views to the courtyard and the vineyards, along with a 55”smart TV. The en suite is outfitted with a walk-in shower, vanity and huge walk-in closet.
View your favorite movies on the 36” TV from the king size bed in Bedroom two which is also an en suite. Refresh yourself in the walk-in shower and enjoy the great vineyard views to the south and west. Take in the evening air or sip your coffee on the private deck just outside the French doors.
Bedroom three, offers rest in a queen size bed, and is also an en suite. The en suite vanity has dual sinks and a huge walk-in shower. Bedroom three also can accommodate two more guests in the bunk beds with twin mattresses.
All bedrooms/bathrooms have hair dryers and make-up towels.
LIVING & ENTERTAINING (Interior)
Walk through courtyard to the front door and be engulfed by the spectacular vineyard views and rolling hills...as you enter into the great room. A complimentary bottle of wine awaits your arrival. The great room is the heart of this home. Centered around the stone, wood-burning fireplace with hearth, is a large sectional couch with seating for 6, a rocking chair and large leather club chair…all with views of the 48” TV above the fireplace. Also in the living room is a grand piano for you to practice your chops or entertain your guests. Or just sit in this comfortable setting, take in the wonderful vineyard views and enjoy your company.
To the left of the living space is a gourmet chef's kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a 6-burner electric stove and a peninsula with seating for 3. The kitchen is well-equipped for the chef to whip up any meal they can imagine. Adjacent to the kitchen is a dining area with a gorgeous wood table and seating for 6. The views from this table are simply breathtaking.
LIVING & ENTERTAINING (Exterior)
A glass door off the kitchen leads to the deck with a 6-person hot tub under a vine-covered trellis for shade. Seating for four around a coffee table and seating for 2 around a bistro table allows for everyone to enjoy the shaded deck.
Take the deck stairs to the backyard to the iron table with seating for 8. Or just grab your glass of wine, sit on the wine stave Adirondack chairs and enjoy the spectacular 180-degree vineyard views or the star-filled skies.
GUEST AMENITIES
We provide personal amenities including soap, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion, paper products, kitchen necessities such as dishwashing detergent, dishwasher soap and trash bags. There are plenty of linens, bath towels and beach towels for the hot tub. Laundry facilities and detergent are in the laundry room. The kitchen is also stocked with the essential stapes: olive oil, vinegar, salt, pepper and spices. Please help yourself.
PROVISIONS
Smart & Final is the nearest grocer, located on Spring Street at 20th in Paso. A few miles from town there is an Albertson's on Niblick and Trader Joe's is just down the road a bit on Vineyard Drive in Templeton. While at the Trader Joe's you can pick up some fresh caught fish at Pier 46 Fish Market or head on over to the butcher, J&R Meats, for some grass-fed local meats and game. Back up in Paso you can find a few quality cheese shops, Vivant Fine Cheese and Di raimondos Italian Market and Cheese Shop, along with some cigar shops, Boyd's and Third Base Market & Spirits.
RESTAURANTS
Paso is packed with great restaurants. Italian, French, Irish, Asian, Mexican, even Argentinean are just a few. From pizza to 5-course meals, Paso Robles has come of age in its dining options. Just a bit to the south, in Templeton, offers a few more options including McPhee's where you can find some of the best wood-fired steaks in town.
