The luxurious fully furnished suite is located in the prestigious, upscale and central Shaughnessy district on the west side of Vancouver. The building is a completely renovated heritage style building and the completely self contained suite was newly renovated in April 2023. The property contains a large landscaped yard with a well-maintained garden. The modern style suite has hardwood and tile floors throughout, custom cabinetry, and high end furnishings. Summary: I have enjoyed my stay and everything you will need is there. The view out of the apartment is beautiful. The wireless network is fast. The apartment is well located nearby the main road downtown and three bus stations are also not far away. Why only 4 points out of 5? I had to pay for the washing machine and dryer and I didn’t know that. The fridge and the stove are to old. The fridge made to much noises. Overall, I would rent the apartment again.
