The holiday villa "Finca La Cabra Ronda" is not only huge and luxurious, but also captivates by its attractive peripheral location in the Andalusian city of Ronda, which is in turn breathtakingly situated on a mountain peak above the deep ravine El Tajo.
The finca built in the Andalusian style consists of 3 buildings that are rented together. The main house has 3 bedrooms, the directly attached annex consists of a bedroom and the pool house also has a bedroom.
There is a living room with sofa and fireplace, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and toaster, 5 bedrooms, 3 of them with 2 single beds each and one bedroom (one in the pool house, one in the main house) with one king-size bed each, 4 bathrooms with tub and shower as well as an additional toilet.
The facilities also include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, washing machine, TV and a high chair for children.
In the spacious garden with mountain views there is a large pool, covered and open terraces with sun loungers, a barbecue and a pretty terraced fish pond. Tables and chairs are also available in the garden. Every day of your holiday on this unique property will be the highlight of your stay. The charming Andalusian mountain landscape, the coast and the wonderful city of Ronda are possible further highlights of your stay.
In 15 minutes walking or 6 minutes by car you can reach two supermarkets and some restaurants in the Moorish old town. In the centre of the new town of Ronda (30 minutes walking over the bridge "Puente Nuevo" or 20 minutes by car around the canyon) there are many other shopping possibilities.
The coast with its beautiful beaches is about 60 km or an hour's drive away. The nearest international airport (Málaga) is about 1h 22 min by car or 108 km.

Summary: Pros: The pool area and gardens were fabulous. It was a 20 minute walk to lovely restaurants and bars. Cons: Although the gardener was a lovely man who kept the site immaculate, he was there a lot and it was quite intrusive -he showed a group of people round while we were sunbathing, cut the bushes down around the dining area at meal times and when we were relaxing on our last evening spent 3 hours cutting the lawn and using the leaf blower so we had to sit inside. There should be time built in between visits to allow for this level of work. Just a small point but the advert did say essentials/toiletries were supplied. In reality there were half a dozen teabags and 3 coffee pods for 8 people for 10 days and no other food/drink. The toiletries were a small amount of hand wash in each bathroom. We had specified that we needed 5 bedrooms ( there were 8 of us but 2 were not a couple) despite this we were only given the rooms in the main the house and not the annexe. None of these things would stop us booking again but if they were sorted the experience would be excellent instead of very good!!
