A luxurious kitchen, a spacious bright living room with decorative fireplace, four bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom, offer the comfort you can expect from a villa. The interior of the house offers you a pleasant stay on Texel. The living room is adjacent to a west-facing terrace, where you can enjoy the beautiful view of the vast Krimbos. The immediate surroundings also have the quality that you can expect from this house. In the center of De Cocksdorp, 400 meters from your villa, you will find shops and restaurants.
This new Luxury Villa has on the ground floor an entrance with toilet, a utility room with washing/drying machine, a spacious living room with decorative fireplace, a luxurious open kitchen and a bedroom with bathroom. On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom and a separate toilet. The bedrooms are equipped with single box-spring beds. The terrace is located on the west.
