The safety of our guests is our priority. Our housekeeping team has been instructed to disinfect every area of the property so you may feel secure and protected with us. Our cleaning protocol includes cleaning and disinfecting frequently touched surfaces (lights switches, doorknobs, cabinet handles, remotes, etc) before you check in.
For 30-day or longer reservations, an additional cleaning must be made in the middle of your stay at an additional cost of $210.
For 60-day or longer reservations, an additional cleaning must be made monthly at an additional cost of $210.
In any case, we would schedule the date and time with you.
CONDOMINIUM APPLICATION
The condominium association requires guests to be registered. You must fill out a Lease Application and provide a copy of your ID or passport to be granted access to the building and the apartment.
PARKING
One (1) assigned parking space is available
The transponder to use the parking space will be inside the unit. If you lose, damage, or take the transponder with you at check-out, you must pay the amount of $150 for the replacement

HOUSE RULES
We only provide a courtesy kit to get you going, which contains: 1 soap, 1 small shampoo, 1 small conditioner, 1 toilet paper, all in each bathroom, dish soap, and 2 garbage bags.
Check-in time is at 4:00 pm or later.
Check-out time is at 11:00 am or earlier. Leaving later than the authorized time may result in a charge of an extra night.
Any early check-in or late check-out is only allowed with host approval and at an additional fee. It must be requested at least 24 hours in advance
No Pets Allowed. Breaking the rule will incur a fine of $200
Smoking Not Allowed. Breaking the rule will incur a fine of $150
Events or parties are prohibited.
A security deposit of $500 is charged and will be refunded within 7 days after check-out if there is no damage to the unit.
