Our luxury villa 'Casa Encantada' is located in one of the best urbanizations, SAN JAIME in MORAIRA, with an INFO office, street lighting, post office delivery (for overwinterers). The location is very quiet and private, but also central to all amenities (Commercial Pepe la Sal + supermarket, bank, pharmacy, doctors, restaurants, etc.), several beaches in close proximity to a beach. The village Moraira is about 3 km away and offers everything for a relaxing holiday. The flair of the south spreads - small bistros, tapas-bars, tradizonelle + elegant restaurants, fine shops for shopping and one of the most beautiful marina on the Costa Blanca, this invites you to dream. Once his captain! Here the world is still in order.
Casa Encantada has 6 people (incl. Children) a wonderful holiday. Three bedrooms are equipped with air.
The villa has four bedrooms - designed for guests who want to sleep separately. The occupancy of the villa is a maximum of 6 persons, incl. Children. - Bed linen, towels + kitchen towels are available (free).
There are 3 flat screens (one of them 50 '), large gas grill with seating under a pavilion with outdoor lighting -here you can celebrate, work space with washer + dryer + ironing station. 2 x weekly pool cleaning, remaining time 1 x weekly. In the 2. Pavilon offers a chill out in Caribic flair and provides shade for the reading lesson. For the car there is a large, internal double garage with electric gate.
The prices are FINAL PRICES: Services you get: 1 x weekly change of linen + small cleaning, air conditioning in the 3 bedrooms, internet, final cleaning.

Summary: Wow, what an amazing place to stay in Moraira - we feel very thankful to have been able to visit and stay in this brilliant modern villa! Our host Walter was excellent and made sure we settled in when we arrived - the welcome pack of cold drinks in the fridge and snacks was a lovely surprise and well needed after our journey. The pool is amazing - warm and a great size for the family. The villa is so well furnished it meant you really need to only take essentials for your stay - the inflatables for the pool (and a plug in air pump!), bathroom items such as shower gel, fully equipped kitchen and the BBQ was amazing. The common areas such as the lounge was super relaxing, with international tv and internet if you got bored of sitting out in the evening air (which we didn't). Aircon in the bedrooms was modern and efficient, so on the super hot days you could sleep at night. The villa could easily sleep 2 families, with the main bedrooms upstairs and a self-contained apartment leading onto the pool downstairs. The area of Moraira where the villa is located is so quiet and not overlooked - it really was the most relaxing holiday! We had a brilliant time & could not fault anything and we will definitely wish to stay again - hopefully for longer!
