Luxury By The Sea is the premier vacation rental home on the Florida Gulf Coast! Over 6,000SF, 6BR/6.5BA, private heated POOL, large fenced in yard - all overlooking the beach. Enjoy incredible views of the Gulf of Mexico from every room or any one of your three large covered balconies. This home creates the perfect family atmosphere with a spacious and open floor plan. Interior features: Tile floors, granite counters, stainless Wolf appliances, elevator to 2nd level, Dish Network TV, Wi-Fi, washer, dryer, fully stocked kitchen, natural gas grill and more. 1st Floor: Living room, kitchen, dining room, king suite with jacuzzi tub and tile shower. 2nd Floor: 2BR/3BA (1 King suite with his and her bathrooms, 1 Queen suite and media room). 3rd Floor: 3BR/2BA (1 King suite, 2 Twin, 1 Queen and a kids bunk area with 4 Twins). LBTS will no longer be a rental with HRVR after October 26th 2024.
