A few days before your stay you will be emailed a link to download an app for your phone that has all of your info (including check-in info) pre-loaded into it. However, you will also receive a standard text email as well if you prefer not to use the app. I am always available by phone, email or even text and if you don't reach me right away I make a point to get back to you quickly.
-We offer 24/7 messaging but cannot always offer maintenance or staff to attend after 5 pm or before 9 am. We will do our best to resolve your needs and requests as quickly as possible once we have staff available.
-We offer just about everything you need to get started such as coffee, soap, toilet paper, paper towels, etc but please understand we offer enough to start your trip and any extras you need you will be responsible for.
Window units will be installed by Memorial Day through the end of Sept/ early October
This unit is not baby proofed. If you need any baby proofing for your stay please be sure to bring your own devices with you.
Weekly and monthly stays are welcome.
No smoking, parties or anything that will disrupt or bother other building residents.
