Entering the house through the hall, we access a large living room, very spacious and furnished with high quality designer furniture. The room also overlook Pintor Rosales street and Parque del Oeste, so it has plenty of natural light, especially during the afternoon when the sun comes in directly. It has a sofa bed of 1.60 x 2.00.
Leaving the living room we access a corridor through which we reach the kitchen, perfectly equipped with everything you need, modern, quality and overlooking an interior patio of the building.
Continuing down the corridor we arrive at the two bedrooms, both with single beds, one of them with two 0.90 x 2.00 beds and the other with two 0.90 x 1.90 beds. The apartment has two complete bathrooms, both independent.
The place where the apartment is located is perfect for a very special stay in Madrid. Pintor Rosales street is full of restaurants with outdoor terraces, views of the Parque del Oeste, etc a real privilege. Also in the area there are small bars, shops, supermarkets, etc. On the other hand, the area is close to Plaza de España and Gran Vía, also very close to the Royal Palace and the monumental area of Los Austrias.
