Summary: First of, Janice was very communicative and answered questions right away. The house was very clean with beautiful views of the water from the living and kitchen. The kitchen had the necessary cooking hardware, utensils including the grill. The beach was very clean and lots of sand especially at low tide. The kids' age ranged from 5-8 and really ideal for parents as you can have your beverages at the beach and not be overly concerned as the kids can walk for a great distance and still be waist deep water.
