This cottage is a single level house features a king-size bed, a 50" 4K TV, in unit washer/dryer and fast Wi-Fi to ensure you have a comfortable stay. Quiet, centrally located neighborhood walking distance to Wholefood, Cal Train Station, grocery, Redwood City Downtown movie theaters and restaurants, perfect for a short-term business trip or a long-term stay, combination of comfort and convenience.

Our newly renovated 650 sqft single level cottage with private 1-car garage and fenced back patio has a bright and inviting living area with dedicated workspace. The bedroom has a comfy King size memory foam mattress and closet to store your clothes and belongings.
The living room features a sectional sofa bed that when pulled out turned into a queen size bed. An extra set of linens and duvet are provided.
To ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of our guest's bedding, we use duvet insert with duvet cover which will be washed thoroughly after each guest to provide comfort and also helping to keep the beddings clean and fresh for each guest.
Our clean and stylish bathroom offers shampoo, conditioner, body wash and towels.
We offer free fast fiber Wi-Fi and washer/dryer in the house.
The large kitchen features full size fridge, stove and microwave as well as some small appliances. Coffee, tea and the cooking basics are provided. There is a formal dining area to enjoy meals.
The cottage offers fully fenced private back patio and a dedicated private garage for parking.
Easy access to HW 101, El Camino Real, and within minutes' walk to Downtown Redwood City, Caltrain, Wholefood. 5 min drive to Costco, Target and Stanford new campus in Redwood City. Free shuttle is running between Caltrain station to Stanford new campus on daily basis.
Guest access
We pride ourselves on providing a seamless check-in process, and detailed instructions will be provided one day before of your arrival. Your exclusive door code will be valid for the duration of your stay, so you can come and go as you please. For your convenience, we recommend downloading the Airbnb app for easy access to these details and efficient communication.
Once you've checked in, you'll have access to the entire unit, which includes a comfortable bedroom, cozy living area with a sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, a clean bathroom, washer/ dryer and a private garage. Additionally, you'll have access to fully fenced private back patio to make your stay even more comfortable.

Check-in is guaranteed from 4pm, and check-out is at 10am. Due to our high standards of cleanliness, we are unable to accommodate late check-outs as it would affect our ability to prepare the unit for the next guest. We appreciate your understanding in this matter and we're confident that our commitment to cleanliness will enhance your stay.
We have a no pet policy, but if you must bring a pet, there is a fee of $200 per pet per stay.
We have a very strict no-smoking policy. Any traces of smoking inside the unit will result in a penalty of $500 USD.
CANCELLATION POLICY: No refund within 48 hrs of check-in.
As a friendly reminder, if you have any issues during your stay, please bring them to our attention. We would love to solve any issue for you right away. Any refunds on cleaning or nightly rate will not be authorized after checking out.
Only registered guests are allowed on the premises. Violation will result in immediate eviction.
Please do not use the towels to remove makeup or anything that would cause stains.
Please do not flush anything other than toilet paper. Products such as wipes, hygiene/feminine products will clog the toilet.
Clean dirty dishes and organize the trash for recycling.
