The kitchen features stainless steel appliances and a gas stove and oven. Not pictured is a separate den, furnished with a desk, printer and reading chair.
The brand-new air conditioning system can be programmed to your liking, and the Samsung television is set up for Roku streaming.
Play pickleball, bocce, and tennis. Enjoy the resort-style pool (with 25-yard swim lanes) and the gym. Golfing is close by. Shop and eat at nearby Miromar Outlet mall and Coconut Point. You are minutes from Southwest Florida International Airport, and close to Naples, Bonita Springs / Bonita Beach, Sanibel and Fort Myers / Fort Myers Beach.
