Master bedroom on first floor is a bonus if you would rather not climb stairs. The 5 miles long Lake Mirama lake trails are next to the house and Lake Side Park is within 1 mint walking distance with sand box area, Slides, Climbers, Swings, Crawl Tubes; Bridges.....
