Set in the gated secured urbanisation with concierge service and night security guards, this bright white modern style villa lets you enjoy the tranquility and peace of living just next to the Natural Reserve Park of Naguelles at the bottom of La Concha mountain and yet only 5 minutes drive to the centre of Marbella with its multiple shops, restaurants, beaches or same 5 minutes drive to the famous Puerto Banus with its sandy beaches, round the clock entertainment, yachts etc. The villa consists of 3 bedrooms, a large living room, a fully equipped kitchen with Bosch appliances, 3 bathrooms. and a large terrace for dinners al-fresco. There is a private parking underneath the house good for 2 cars and some storage room.
The house is run by modern domotics, floors are heated, central air conditioning, lights with a dimmer create a very comfortable atmosphere inside the house. The main door leads to open space large living room and to a small bedroom with adjoined bathroom with a shower cabin and there is also an exit to the garden. There is a guest toilet. Another exit from the living room leads to the terrace. The stairway to the second floor brings you to the small hall and to the to two large master bedrooms, each one with an adjoined bathroom with shower and jacuzzi. From the bottom to the top the villa enjoys a a great area of tempered glazing. There is an alarm system built-in for extra security.
In the urbanisation there are 3 communal open swimming pools, 3 covered spa areas with heated swimming pools with cascade showers, jacuzzi, gym, sauna and Turkish bath, exclusive for the inhabitants of the urbanisation.
All villas are set between mature and well maintained tropical garden.
