We've tried to create a little oasis that caters to the business executive, the couple trying to take an easy break from life, someone moving to Windsor but doesn't have a home yet, or people visiting "home" that need to stay somewhere nearby.
The loft is quiet and private. The heated saltwater pool is a gorgeous oasis, especially at night. Our backyard waterfront is perfect for using the kayaks. Full court tennis/basketball on the grounds and equipment is provided!
GENERAL INFO:
● Access code assigned day of rental (last 4 digits of your cell phone).
● Limited to 2 adults. No additional guests are permitted on property (not including any children).
● Children are permitted but arrangements will need to be made ahead of time for sleeping accommodations. Please let us know if you intend to have children with you so we can figure out arrangements that are suitable for your needs.
● NO SMOKING of any kind in the loft. Smoking and/or vaping is permitted outside, away from the entrance. Sensors will detect vaping or smoking inside the loft; you will be fined $500 for professional smoke removal services if triggered during your stay. Thank you for understanding.
AMENITIES/OUTDOOR SPACE
● YARD: The entire side yard is yours. It runs from the tennis court/parking area to the waterfront.
● POOL/HOT TUB: We have a 40' x 20' saltwater sport pool with 3 waterfalls surrounded by hedges with mood lighting (coloured lights in the pool, Edison-style lights along the fence) making it a perfect oasis, especially in the evening. The pool house has a seating area, a washroom, and an outdoor shower. You will have access to the pool during most of your stay aside from our daily swim time- usually once in the early evening. Please note that the pool is closed October-April for the season.
● TENNIS & BASKETBALL COURT: Two tennis rackets, several canisters of tennis balls & basketball on site for you.
● KAYAKS: Two single (1 person) hard resin kayaks with life jackets available.
KITCHEN
● The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, a double burner convection countertop stove, a microwave, a large George Foreman grill, a small smart oven, an instant pot, and a family-size griddle. Please note that a full-size stove is not available.
● We have cookware, small appliances, serving platters, etc available for you to use during your stay, as well as olive oil, salt & pepper, Mrs. Dash, and a dozen other seasoning options.
● Coffee & tea options include a Keurig machine (with K-Cups), a Nespresso machine, and milk frother (pods sometimes available; BYOPods to ensure availability), a French press (dark roast beans and coffee grinder provided). Splenda, sugar, and powdered coffee creamer are on site.
● A number of hot tea options (caffeinated and herbal) are also available.
TV
● Netflix is available on the Apple TV in the unit via a guest account.
● YouTube, Amazon Prime, Disney TV, Hulu, etc (and dozens of other options) are also available on the Apple TV, but you must log in with your own account.
BATHROOM/LAUNDRY
● Two full-size towel sets are provided.
● A washer and dryer are in the unit for your convenience. Laundry soap and fabric softener are provided.
