PROPERTY RULES:
1)Each guest must be registered 24hrs before arrival, must send their identity document and must complete the contract with the information of all guests. Also show your Identity or Passport document at the time of check in.
2)The DocuSign is a mandatory document and must be completed at least 72hrs before the arrival of the guest. DO NOT ENTER ANY GUEST WITHOUT THIS DOCUMENT AND W/O HAVING REVISED PAYMENTS.
3)The entrance of visitors is not allowed.
4)No noises or loud music are allowed after 22:00hrs.
5)The use of the apartment is only allowed for residential, business or leisure purposes, no meeting or parties of any type are allowed in the apartment.
The entrance of live musical groups to the property is not allowed.
6)Any damage caused to the apartment or property belongings must be notified to the company that provides the rental service and must be attended and fixed in less than 7 working days.
7)In case of fire, do not use the elevator.
8)It is strictly forbidden to smoke any type of substances in the premises of the building and in the apartment, including cigars and tobacco there is a $50.0 USD fee if you are found smoking inside.
9)It is not allowed to leave any type of articles or items w/ the security guards in the building.
10)It is forbidden to bring pets of any kind to the property.
11)To ensure the safety and tranquility of the guests and residents of the building, guests staying in our apartments will have a registry with a biometric control system. The administration will guarantee the confidentiality of personal data in accordance with the law.
12)It is mandatory by building regulations, acquire a bracelet during the stay at the property. The bracelet has a cost of $10,000COP for each person who stays in the apartment.
13)Sex tourism w/in the property is totally forbidden.
14)Children must always be accompanied by an adult.
15)Every time you leave the apartment, turn off the A/C, lights and leave the windows and the entrance door closed.
16)Please do not leave the keys inside the apartment. The door will be locked, preventing it from being opened from the outside. A locksmith brings an extra cost to you. Every additional set of keys has a cost of $25.0USD.
17)To conserve the environment, we ask you to be responsible for the consumption of water and light.
18)The Terrace and BBQ Area of the co-ownership will be open until 12:00AM.
19)Please respect the maximum capacity of the Jacuzzis.
20)It is not allowed to consume food, drinks inside the pool.
21)Glass containers are prohibited in wet areas.
22)Please Shower before entering the pool or Jacuzzis.
23)Wear appropriate clothing for the use of wet areas.
24)Under no circumstances will babies be allowed to use the pools w/o the proper diaper, also called disposable underwear.
25)It is not allowed that the domiciliary goes up to the apartments or common areas, the resident must go down to reception to receive the order.
26)It is not allowed to place notices signs, posters or posters on windows, doors, facades, elevators or on the common billboards of the building.
27)Security guards are not authorized to upload parcels to the apartments.
28)Security in the building is not responsible for any losses inside the apartment, we ask to close both locks well and make sure that the door is locked behind you. For your safety, there are surveillance cameras controlled by a private security company in the lobby and the elevators.
29)Do not throw rubbish, cigarette butts, and any type of objects through the windows or balconies of your apartments.
30)Garbage should be deposited in plastic bags duly sealed.
31)Check-out is at 11:00am Please throw the trash of the apartment in the chute and give the keys to the local expert. Make sure to let your Local Expert know your Check-Out time and leave the windows & door are secured.
* MARTINIQUE COMMON AREAS USE REGULATION*
The common areas and wet areas will be available following a protocol to guarantee the protection of guests and inhabitants of the building against COVID19 Please note the following:
-Wet areas such as swimming pools and Turkish Bath and common areas such as gym and playground, require a reservation that must be made directly at the reception where the people who will accompany you will be registered and one of the schedules that will be shown later will be chosen. Keep in mind that it must be reserved one day in advance and you will have to sign a health declaration form.
-Wet areas such as swimming pool and Jacuzzi will be open from 09:00am at 5:30pm, there will be no pre-established 3hrs shifts, no prior reservation is required. Owners, residents and guests will be able to attend during the established hours and will be able to enjoy the pool area for TWO AND A HALF HOURS.
-The capacity will be thirty 30 people. In the event that a user attends the pool, and the area with the maximum allowed capacity of 30 people is found, they must wait for the end of the service of use of two and a half hours of the users who initially entered. In the event that a large group of people between 3 and 10 or more attend the pool area, and 2 people are missing to complete the capacity of 30 people, the missing users must also wait for the end of the service of use of two hours and a half of the users who initially entered.

CHILDREN'S PARK: One shift per family will be assigned as follows:1 shift: from 09:00am to 12:00nn, 2 shift: from 12:00pm to 3:00pm and 3 shift: 3:00pm to 6:00pm.
- When you are in these common spaces, you should always try to maintain a physical distance of 2 meters in relation to other guests, when you are not in the water you should keep the mask covering your nose and mouth.
-The temperature measurement must also be allowed before entering said spaces, do correct hand washing every 3hrs, have a kit containing at least 60% alcohol, do not share towels or personal items and follow all the recommendations provided by staff and building signage.
-Children must be in the company of their parents or an adult relative, domestic worker will not be allowed to enter the Social Zone.
-The entry of non-residents and people who are not registered as guests in the building is restricted.
- It is not allowed to hold social parties or to exchange or share pool areas w/ the other family once it has been used.
