THE SPACE
A welcoming entrance opens into a beautifully furnished living room with vaulted ceilings, exposed beams, floor to ceiling windows and a gas fireplace. The gourmet kitchen boasts bright granite counters, stainless steel appliances, and is fully stocked with a variety of tools to satisfy the most discerning chef. Enjoy a warm cup of coffee in the breakfast nook or choose to dine at the stylish dining table, both with Mount Sopris views!
On the main level, the master bedroom features a plush king bed, fashionable linens and Mount Sopris views. Melt the day away in the large soaking tub or generous shower with bench seating. The double vanity and ample walk-in closet are perfect for an extended stay.
An open staircase leads to two additional bedrooms on the upper level, each with a private bathroom. With two twin bunk beds and a trundle pullout, the first bedroom is a fun hideaway for the kids! On the opposite end of the hallway, a second bedroom with an en suite bathroom, a king bed and large corner windows is a peaceful retreat for a couple or solo traveler.
The lower level family room is perfect for gathering with a ping pong table, large SmartTV and a comfortable, oversized sofa. An additional bedroom with queen bed offers a quiet place to rest after an eventful day!

Special events or larger gatherings are NOT permitted, maxiumum of 10 guests at any given time. If this rule is not observed a minimum penalty of $500 will be imposed.

In order to complete your reservation a lease must be signed and returned within 48 hours or your reservation may be cancelled.
Maximum of 4 vehicles permitted. The 2 car garage is available for your use.
The operation or use of drones is strictly prohibited on the property or over any portion of River Valley Ranch property.
The River Valley Ranch Golf Course is available for Guest's use, however, the Clubhouse facilities and pool are not available.
Guest packages cannot be mailed to this home as they are routed to a parcel locker that only owners are able to access.
Included in the nightly rate of your rental is a 6% Short Term Rental Tax for the Town of Carbondale.
