Walk straight ahead through another arched entryway to discover the heart of the home; an open-concept space combining the kitchen, dining, and living areas. This central gathering spot leads to a covered porch furnished with comfortable couches and an outdoor dining table and stunning ocean backdrop, making this the perfect location for dining al fresco. The well-equipped main kitchen features marble countertops, a glass tile backsplash, Wolf gas cooktop, two Bosch dishwashers, and a large Thermador refrigerator. The first of the three primary suites is also located on this floor with a king bed and spacious bathroom, complete with a soaking tub, oversized walk-in shower, and double vanity.
Make your way upstairs to discover, two more large primary bedrooms with direct access onto the oceanfront deck. Each comes with its own luxurious bathroom, featuring soaking tubs, walk-in showers, and double vanities. One bedroom offers a king bed, the other a queen.
