Summary: The unit was great with partial ocean view from patio. Furniture all clean and comfortable. Our host, Hani, communicated quickly and accommodated all our needs. This was our 4th year at 1200 PCH (different units) and love the safe neighborhood and easy walk to Downtown Huntington. Fireworks visable from pool area on 4th of July. We are planning to go back next summer.
