This 4,500 sq ft home located in the peaceful upper hills of Montecito boasts 5 bedrooms and 6 baths. Soak up incredible mountain and ocean views from every balcony. Nearby hiking trails with just a quick drive to local beaches, Upper Village & Coast Village Road for the best of Montecito shopping & dining. The house features excellent indoor/outdoor living including a playroom with plenty of entertainment and a wine tasting room. You will truly feel like you are at a retreat.
The space
This home comfortably sleeps 8 with each room having its own ensuite. Enjoy ocean views in the fully stocked gourmet kitchen. Living room has a TV. Sonos sound systems available throughout the house. The terrace is equipped with a Traeger, Webber, and a Blackstone for multiple cooking desires. Since this home sits on a hill, we do have security cameras outside the perimeters for safety purposes, these are not currently activated or monitored. There are no cameras inside of the home.

Summary: This is a beautiful and comfortable home. We had four adult couples visiting for a wedding. Each couple had a bedroom with private bath. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and beautiful views with outdoor seating. It was a short drive to all the sites.
