IDEAL LOCATION This property includes two beautiful, custom buildings so you can be together and spread out to thoroughly enjoy lakeside living. Our newly renovated lake house and boathouse are situated directly on the eastern shore of Sebago Lake's Jordan Bay. You'll have 150' of private water frontage with a dock, mooring, and amazing sunsets. We're less than a mile from Raymond village, three miles from the conveniences of Windham, and just 30-minutes from all the restaurants and shopping that Portland has to offer. Come experience the serenity of lakeside living!

1) THE LAKEHOUSE is a beautiful and spacious home that was completely updated and decorated in 2022.
