Ideal for beach lovers, this charming 2nd floor villa has been totally renovated with all new furnishings in 2021 and offers oceanfront views of the waves breaking! Easy walking distance to Coligny Plaza with more than 60 shops & restaurants. The oceanfront master bedroom offers a King bed & private bath with shower and the bedroom has access through sliding glass doors to the balcony and views of the beach; and the guest bedroom has a Queen & Twin bed and uses a 2nd bathroom with tub and shower.
The villa offers an oceanfront living room and private oceanfront balcony, both of which have direct ocean views. The living room has a queen sofa bed. The fully equipped kitchen has a full size refrigerator, dishwasher, wine refrigerator, stove & microwave and, a full size stacked washer/dryer for your use. There is Free WiFi and a land-line telephone for your use. Enjoy the day lounging at the salt-water pool, or in the hot tub, or walking to the Celebration Park that is newly added adjacent to the Coligny Beach Area, and has special playground for the children plus a Pirates Ship! Of course spending the day at the beach is incredible! Golfing, fishing, sailing/boating, shopping are available nearby.
The Shorewood Complex is located in the highly desirable Forest Beach area and is within walking distance to Coligny Plaza which offers over 60 shops and restaurants. The Shorewood Community provides complete privacy with an electronic access gate and plenty of parking. There is a large oceanfront swimming pool with a graduated entry and a water feature for kids to play. Other amenities include a children’s pool, a hot tub, an outdoor shower, and a private beach walk. Shorewood is comprised of 5 buildings, with a nice grass area in the center, perfect for families to gather.

Summary: Location is amazing - only 1 floor up so can take a few steps and the ocean view / sound is so much better than the first floor! Owner is VERY responsive and VERY communicative (but not a bother)! He's also just a nice guy and lives locally which is a plus.
