3 Bedroom Apartment in Singer Island, Riviera Beach

Modern complex built in 2023. Spacious, high-end condo with spectacular ocean views from every room. Large terrace, laundry room, Miele appliances. 3rd bedroom is also used as a den, it has a high-quality sleeper sofa and a barn door for privacy. Valet parking, residents pool, hot tub, community room, 100,000-square-foot spa facility, gym, restaurants, beach with chairs and umbrellas, towel service, all available for your use now.
Each rental is subject to the additional $150 application fee and $35 fee per night per car for the parking. If you rent for more than 30 nights your parking fee will be reduced. You would need to pay these fees on top of the total price for the rental.
This unit is located in the residential tower called Peace, living up to its name with a wonderfully quiet and serene atmosphere, offering a true retreat.

CHECK-IN and CHECK-OUT
Check-in time is between 4:00 PM and 11:00 PM. Any other arrival time must be agreed upon prior to booking.
Check-out time is 10:00 AM or earlier.
SEA TURTLE NESTING SEASON
Sea Turtle Nesting Season runs annually from March 1 through October 31.
During this period, all lighting must be managed between sunset and sunrise to prevent disorientation of nesting turtles.
Ensure that balcony and unit lights are turned off when not in use after dark. Keep curtains or shades closed after sunset.
Non-compliance may result in substantial fines being levied against the responsible unit renter.
PARTIES & EVENTS
At this time, we do not allow parties or events. This is a residential neighborhood and local ordinances dictates quiet hours 10pm-8am every day, no loud music, noise, or partying ever.
The territory is strictly supervised, any events or celebrations are prohibited, it’s only for family vacation and quiet enjoyment.
While the neighbors are aware of our Airbnb, they aren't very tolerant of excessive noise and partying.
By booking our property you agree that if the police are called for excessive noise, partying, or other reasons you will be charged $500 and will subject to non-refundable cancellation of the remainder of your reservation.
PARKING
Each rental is subject to the additional $150 application fee and $35 fee per night per car for the parking. The monthly parking rate is $250. You would need to pay these fees on top of the total price for the rental.
POOL & SWIMMING
There is no lifeguard on duty. The property, its owners and agents of the property, will not be held liable for accidents, pool-related, drowning, or bodily harm/personal injuries.
SMOKING & DRUGS
No smoking is permitted inside the property or in common areas. Smoking is permitted outdoors away from other people, but guests must dispose ash and cigarette butts properly. Cigarette butts may not be discarded in the landscaping, in the pool, or on the ground. No electronic cigarette smoking is permitted indoors.
No illegal drugs are permitted to be stored or used at any time.
OTHER
Please do not touch paintings and turn off lights when not needed.
