Positive: Location convenient during daytime - easy walk to beach and paseo maritima. Lots of restaurant nearby.
Negative: Location convenient during daytime, but noisy at night. Room very small - 2 persons with luggage and the room is completely occupied. Bathroom very small. Access with luggage via stairs difficult - very old building. No parking
