Beautiful villa in Marbella, close to the beach and port of Cabopino. Private pool, which can be heated if requested. A small supplement applies, depending on the time of year and duration of the stay. Use of the jacuzzi also on request, with a small supplement.
Bright spacious living area, well equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Comfortably accommodates 8 to 10 people. Sunny, south facing terraces. Aircon and wifi. Security alarm system and safety deposit box.
The property is accessed from the quiet road via automatic gates leading to a secure off street parking area.
The entrance hall leads into the bright spacious sitting/dining room which in turn leads, via two sets of sliding glass doors, to the covered terrace and sunny south facing pool and garden. There is air conditioning and a fireplace. The smart, flat screen TV has British and International channels. There is a selection of books.
The fully fitted and well equipped kitchen is adjacent to dining area and connected by a large open counter area. There is a shower room and laundry area adjacent to the back door with access to the pool area.
The entrance hall also accesses the two ground floor bedrooms (1 double with access to the garden and pool area and a good twin room with 2 single beds). Both bedrooms have good built in storage and they share a full bathroom, with bath and separate shower.
The stairs leads up to the landing giving access to the two first floor bedrooms. Both are double, with access to the sunny first floor terrace with jacuzzi, table and chairs and partial sea views. The master suite has a dressing room and full bathroom with bath, separate shower, double sinks, WC and bidet.
The pool is a good size; 8m by 4m with a deep end and Roman steps at the shallow end for easy access. It is fitted with an automated slide on/off cover for security and insulation. There is an option to have it heated, which incurs a small supplement. There is a jacuzzi on the 1st floor terrace, adjacent to the bedrooms. It can be made available on request and a small supplement applies.
There is a covered terrace with comfortable furniture for relaxing and a further covered area, adjacent to the large Weber gas Bbq, for al fresco dining. There is a large terrace adjacent to the pool with a parasol, sunloungers and side tables…for sunbathing or just relaxing with a book. There is a further covered area with a comfortable terraced area is bordered by fruit trees (lemon and orange) and sub tropical shrubs.
All beds are made up on arrival with good quality linen and a bath towel, hand towel and pool towel per person is provided.
During stays of 2 or more weeks during July and August, there is a full linen change and 4 hour cleaning service weekly.
Extra housekeeping can be arranged, on request.
Hair dryers, baby cot and high chair are supplied.
