Villa Marina di Cantone is a beautiful, newly refurbished 8 bedrooms Villa for up to 16 guests located in Marina di Cantone, Nerano with WIFI and air conditioning.
As you enter the large gate, you will find parking for 5 cars.
To access the villa, there are 5 steps to the main door. On the left, you will find the kitchen, which is fully equipped including a fridge/freezer, 5 ring hob and oven and a dishwasher. There is also a microwave, toaster, ice machine and kettle. From the kitchen, there are two steps which lead to the dining area. Here you will find two large tables and chairs which can seat up to 20 guests.
From the dining area, you can access the outside area. Here there are tables and chairs so you can dine ‘al fresco’ whilst enjoying the shade of the impressive Pine tree. The garden and lawn offer a verdant backdrop.
There are 12 steps to access the brand-new pool area which is equipped with sun loungers. Here you will also find a BBQ, pizza oven and outdoor kitchen; perfect for enjoying delicious Italian food with your family and friends.
From the kitchen, on the ground floor, there is a living room
From the corridor, down 10 steps, there is a laundry room with a washing machine.
From the ground floor, to access the first floor, you need to ascend 19 steps. Here you will find five bedrooms, all with air conditioning. The first room on the left is the Capri suite. Here there are two air-conditioned bedrooms which share a bathroom with a shower. One of the bedrooms has a small terrace with a sea view. There is a safe.
Off the main corridor, on the right-hand side is the Ischia suite which has two double air-conditioned bedrooms. The second bedroom is accessible via the first bedroom. Both rooms have their own ensuite bathrooms with showers and also have a separate access to the same terrace.
The final bedroom on the first floor is the Sorrento suite. To access the Sorrento, you continue through the corridor, past a little kitchen area where you can prepare drinks and snacks. The Sorrento room has double bedroom, air conditioning, a safe and an ensuite bathroom with a shower.
From the ground floor terrace, there is external access to the other three bedrooms – all have air conditioning and a safe. The Jeranto room has a double King size bed with an ensuite bathroom with a shower. It also has air conditioning and access onto the terrace. The Positano room has a double Kind size bed with an ensuite bathroom with a shower. It also has air conditioning and access onto the terrace. The Amalfi Suite has has two single beds (which can be joined on request) and a bathroom with a shower.
For weekly stays, the linen and towels will be changed mid-week.
On the top floor, there is a wonderful solarium terrace where you can relax and soak up the sun on the sun loungers and cool off using the outdoor shower.
