Summary: The apartment was bright and very comfortable. Positioned on the southwest side of the building we had sun practically all day. It was close to the port but far enough away from any noise. I left a note for Duquesa Estates to follow-up on two points. The dishwasher didn't work and the air-conditioning didn't seem to work as expected to warm the apartment in the evening.
