Classic style villa with stunning views towards the bay of San Antonio and Cap Nono, a perfect place to relax with the family.
With more than 300 m2 of living space it is located in an easily accessible area that offers tranquility, but close to some of the best beaches on the island such as Cala Conta and Cala Bassa. The house has 2 floors:
Low level:
- Large hall
- Living room with ceiling fan, 2 rest areas at different heights, fireplace and exit to the porch and pool
- Fully equipped independent kitchen with access to the dining room and a laundry area
- A guest toilet
- 2 bedrooms with 2 beds each (90x190), which share a bathroom with a bathtub and a dressing room. Each room has its own access to that bathroom/dressing room.
- 1 Bedroom with 2 beds (90x190) with en-suite bathroom with shower
These beds can be joined or separated
Upper floor:
- Office with access to the upper terrace
- Master bedroom with double bed (180), a large dressing room, bathroom with bathtub and shower and access to the upper terrace
- Large terrace with excellent sea views.
All rooms have air conditioning.
Outside there is a large oval-shaped swimming pool of approx. 10m x 5m with plenty of space for sunbathing, a chill out space and an electric barbecue with outdoor dining area.
The main entrance to the land is shared with its sister villa (not rented), both houses face in opposite directions.
Cleaning: weekly complete cleaning.
1 crib and 1 high chair available.

Summary: Size of the house Very clean! 4 full-sized bedrooms with airco 3 bathrooms is very comfortable for 8 guests (in our case 4 couples) Swimming pool and pool area are clean Quiet location Supermarket is nearby Service of Ecoibiza is simply excellent, 10/10! We couldn't find a vacuum cleaner, which would come in handy for a quick round of the kitchen once in a while. The villa is perfect for 8 people but the outside seating areas are tight. The dining table at the BBQ area for example only has 6 chairs, and the terrace areas right outside the house are currently not suited to sit 8 (grown-up) persons. Although fully functional, the kitchen could use a make-over, but I was told this was already planned for the future.
