Summary: We had a great stay at the Marriot Vacation Club, we were traveling with three adults and a three year old. Booked the King Room and the parlor room for a "two-room" type of experience. The Resort is very nice, clean and has all the amenities you could think of. We really liked the pool (Very, very big) and the beach was also great and property had lounge chairs on the grass which was also nice. The resort is walking distance to a couple of small shopping areas that have restaurants and an ABC store and coffee shop which we frequented almost daily. I will say that like staying on any Island you will need a car here if you want to do any exploring outside of the hotel area. The other thing to note, is that the rooms do not have a full kitchen, it is everything other than a stove, so no real cooking. They do have a blender, coffee maker, toaster and full size fridge and dishwasher on the parlor side, but only a mini fridge, micro and coffee on the king bed side. There is laundry on the ground floor and was empty when I did a load during our trip. Pool has a bar and snack bar. I would definitely recommend staying here if you want more of a hotel experience which we enjoy when bringing our son. Definitely worth the money.
