It is located between Vaison la Romaine (5 kms) and Nyons (9 kms), on the border between Vaucluse and Drome Provencale.
Our house is 200 m2 and consists of the following:
A DRC consists of a US kitchen (20m2) open on a living room of 46 m2 and a dining room (19m2).
An independent room of 13m2 with 160 bed and private shower room.
A bathroom with walk-in shower and walk-in bathtub. A separate toilet
A laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
Upstairs :
- a double room of 19 m2 with a 160 bed
- a double room of 18 m2 with a bed 160 and a single bed 90
- a shower room with WC
- A 30m2 mezzanine overlooking the kitchen
The workshop of 25 m2 overlooking the pool and attached to the house has a bed 160 and a vanity unit (no bathroom or toilet). Access is from outside. Workshop unheated and made available from early May to late September.
The heated swimming pool (end of April to mid October): a stone basin of 14 x 4 m
(depth 1.50m) with water blade and equipped with an electric roller shutter to maximize the safety of toddlers. Heating by heat pump
