Medano, four minutes walk from the beach, quiet, sheltered, bright, Wifi.
Only 250m from the beach and 300m from the town square, it is located in one of the quietest and most accessible areas of the town, as from here you can visit the whole area on foot, without the need for a vehicle.
It is a cosy apartment in which both the living room and the bedroom open to the outside, so it is very bright.
Due to its west orientation, the apartment is sheltered from the prevailing winds of the area (north-east).
In addition, to protect it from the sun and the heat of the summer sunset, it has an extendable awning and air conditioning in both the living room and the bedroom.
The kitchen is "American" style with everything you need to cook your favourite food, with all kinds of small appliances, blender, juicer, electric and Italian coffee machine, microwave, toaster, griddle for sandwiches...and a big fridge. It also has good knives and a full set of crockery and cutlery.
Next to the kitchen, the living room with a sofa bed (bed 150x200cm), in front of a smart tv connected to the Internet.
The apartment has a terrace with a sun terrace and a washing machine, where you can wash and hang clothes.
We include for our guests, a weekly set of sheets and towels, rubbish bags and toilet paper, sponge, paper and kitchen towels and finally soap and softener for the washing machine.
