This entirely air-conditioned 220 sqm property is located in a peaceful neighbourhood a five-minute walk from delightful Ménerbes village.
Set in 2400 sqm of grounds benefiting from no facing neighbours and enjoying a view of the Luberon, it benefits from several peaceful shady terraces, a circular heated and secure swimming pool (6-metre diameter, alarm) and a pool house in a space delimited by barriers. Part of the garden is perfect for children and benefits from a swing.
It includes a bright air-conditioned ground-floor living/reception room with a wood burner, a sitting room, a dining room, an open-plan kitchen, and a cosy TV lounge.
The entresol comprises two bedrooms with shower rooms.
Upstairs an air-conditioned landing fitted as a sitting/recreation room leads to 3 bedrooms (2 air-conditioned) and two shower rooms.
Available throughout the year.
7 days from 01/06 to 16/09 (Saturday to Saturday) + Christams and New year's eve.
Short stays (4 days+) are possible at other periods.

Summary: Villa Esteve is a super villa for a family holiday. It is very well equipped and in a super location for walking into Menerbes. All the facilities were good apart from there being no alarm on the swimming pool, which we had been told there was. We were told by the pool man this had not worked for 2 years so should not have had to sign documents to ensure we use it. Burglar alarm was also not active. We really enjoyed our stay at the villa.
