This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment is situated on the popular resort of Mojon Hills. Set on an elevated position and accessed by stairs, the terrace has stunning views over to the sea and the Bay of Mazarrón.
The apartment has :entrance via stairs. Open plan living and dining room, light and spacious and with a sofa and comfortable armchair, flat screen Tv, Wifi and sea views. Access via doors to the terrace, which has a patio set, parasol, bbq and plenty of space to relax.
There is Aircon and Wifi. The aircon can provide hot or cold air.
The apartment benefits from a separate kitchen, which is modern and fully equipped, and has a dishwasher, hob, oven and fridge freezer. All small appliances iron, kettle toaster also included.
The washing machine is on the terrace outside.
A corridor leads to the twin bedroom, opposite a full family bathroom with bath and shower.
The main double bedroom has a large en-suite bathroom, again with full bath and shower.
The stunning views from the apartment are of the Mediterranean sea, and you can while away the hours relaxing outside and looking over the bay.
The village of Isla Plana with all amenities, including supermarket, bars, chemist, vet and restaurants is a 15 minute walk away.
The nearest beach is 10 minutes walk.
The larger town of Puerto de Mazarrón is a 10 minute drive, with more shops, watersports, commercial centre, bars and pretty marina.
Cartagena and the provincial capital Murcia are also both within 40 minutes drive.
The apartment is no smoking and pets only permitted by prior arrangement for an extra cleaning fee of 25 euro. Cats are not allowed.
