Built in 1949 this modern home on the Belvedere Lagoon is a nature lovers paradise. Decks, docks and water, with a sunset view of Mt. Tam., this place is perfect for people looking for a healing getaway but still want access to San Francisco.
The Tiburon Ferry to the city is a 7 minute walk from the house. A Woodlands Market is a 5 minute walk around the corner as is the Post Office, Fed Ex and a CVS drug store.
Use our bike with baskets for the quick market runs.
The library, with cathedral ceiling and fireplace is a great place to relax at night. The living room and dining area have water views. One feels outside while living inside.
Solar panels run the heat and hot water and there is clean radiant heat through each room.
The master bed and bath have been completely updated. From the master bedroom, sliding double doors open to a wind protected courtyard.
The guest bedroom has sliding doors to the front garden. It's has the morning sun.
High speed wifi throughout. Standard cable and local programming service is available.
The kitchen is most vintage with its formica counter tops, but all appliances are brand new high-end models, the stove is induction. It's kitted out with a Nespresso machine and what one needs to entertain a small party.
We've completely renovated the garage to a sleek working office/studio.
Washer and dryer are located in the studio.
For cycling enthusiasts, the famous Paradise Drive loop is out the front door.
Two stand up paddle boards and a canoe are available for the water lovers. The lagoon water is clean and tested weekly by the homeowners association. It is swim able.
