Escape from it all to this beautiful and well equipped holiday home in Berrara only a few minutes walk to Berrara Lagoon, Berrara and Kirby's Beaches and only minutes drive to Fisherman's Rock and the National Park.
Featuring 3 good sized bedrooms and sleeping up to 9 people, this home has an open lounge room complete with fire-place and gas heater for those cold winters nights, formal dining room with r/c aircon and separate rumpus room with pool table. Main bathroom has full sized bath, separate shower and toilet as well as a second toilet in the internal laundry. There is another outdoor living space with wall-mounted TV as well as the large deck at the rear complete with BBQ for those dinners with the family overlooking the bushland reserve at the back. Light the firepit and enjoy your getaway to this secluded south coast hideaway.
There is a separate deck out the front for soaking up the sun and relaxing at your leisure. If you're looking for a more active holiday then jump on the supplied bikes and see what the Berrara surrounds has to offer. Swim at the beach and then wash off at the outdoor shower.
The local supermarket, shops, cafes and clubs are only 10mins drive away for any necessities or eating out that you require.

Summary: Overall a great property. Kitchen was well supplied with everything you need and house was well equiped also. It has 2 toilets but you have to go through one to get to the other so not as convenient as first thought. Two families of 4 stayed without feeling cramped. Lounge though comfortable is starting to shed black bits of pleather so maybe a cover would help. Lots of wildlife with Kangaroos all around. This also means you need to be extra vigilant for ticks. Agents were amazing and very responsive to any issues that arose. Location is great and an easy walk to the beach and lagoon which has good fishing and places for kids to play. There are a few resident water dragons front and back that hang out in the sun most days. Kayaks were good but could use an update of the seating pads as the anchors have corroded. Pool room was lots of fun and outdoor chillout space was so nice for a lazy afternoon drink.
