Positive: Would give 10/10 for everything about this hotel. Staff, Location and Size of the room - 10/10 Special mention to the Receptionist, Ms. Trang who went above and beyond to help us have a smooth stay. We had a late checkout which they accomodated and even after check out, took care of our luggage (there was a lot) very safely. Trang kept checking on us even though she was unable to be present as it was very late night. The next day she also gave more importance to us having a good time in our visit to Da Nang and accomodated our schedule. I really wish we had stayed extra at Mint as we loved the stay. Also special mention to the size of the room - truly worth the money and much better than many so called star hotels near the beach. The bathroom as well as the bedrooms were so spacious and clean. I can go on and on but all I can tell u is that you can book your stay at Mint without 2nd thoughts.
