Welcome to Mirabella. Just 10 minutes from La Quinta Old Town, this 10-acre equestrian compound is nothing short of immaculate. The property comprises three homes, including the main house with 4 en suite bedrooms and lofty living spaces. You’ll find an eclectic interior design that blends modern, oriental, Mediterranean styles. Open-air rooms take you from your bed to the saltwater pool and provide incredible indoor/outdoor living. All elements of the property are impressive, particularly the 5-hole pitch and putt golf course, and private lake with a dock for kayaking and paddle boating. - Please note that we require a security deposit of $2000 which will be collected after the booking has been made.
- The landscaper/gardener resides onsite and works Monday through Friday, beginning in the morning.
- Please be aware that there are connectivity issues with the Wifi due to the location of this home.
- Swimming is not permitted in the lake.
- Pool heat is available for an additional fee but must be requested at least 48 hours before your stay.
- Please note: Pool heat will not be available for the summer months (June 1 - September 30).
- The pool can only be heated to a maximum of 83°.
- All occupants and guests of the property must follow local laws for outdoor lighting, quiet hours, and parties & gatherings (Riverside County Ordinance Nos. 915, 847, & 924).
- This home accepts a maximum of 2 pets. But pets must be approved in advance and are subject to an additional fee of $150 per pet. If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without AvantStay's approval there is a fine of $500 per pet.
- There are multiple stairs in the Carriage House Casita.
- This home has 4 rollaway beds/cots and two sleeper sofas for additional sleeping options, bringing the total maximum occupancy to 20.
- Please note that you must be at least 21 years old to book this home.
- During the summer months, desert temperatures are extremely high, which may cause the pool temperature to rise as well. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do to control this.
Parking Details:
A maximum of 9 cars can park onsite.
A pack n' play travel crib and a high chair can be provided upon request with at least 24hrs advanced notice. Just ask and we are happy to accommodate you and your little ones!

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.
As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
