Draped in flowering vines and shaded by rustling palms, this gorgeous, Spanish-style home is the luxurious Palm Springs estate you've been dreaming of. 6 minutes from downtown and centrally located in the highly desirable gated community of The Colony of El Mirador, you can spread out on one-third of an acre with an enclosed front yard and detached casita. More than 3,000 square feet of living space has been furnished and maintained with extraordinary care, giving you easy access to the East Palm Canyon shops and restaurants.
The backyard is a desert oasis featuring a sparkling saline swimming pool, a spillover spa, and beautiful views of the mountains that surround Palm Springs. The saltwater pool is 45' in length and over 6' deep and features water spills, complemented by an elevated spa fully tiled with a spillway and perfect views of the mountains.
