A stand alone master studio, that can sleep up to 5 guests, with a private gathering outdoor lounge area, is an idillic spot for the teenagers of the group or to be used by one of the families who seek a bit of extra privacy. Featuring an additional spacious living room with a dinning area and another fully equipped kitchen, a king size bed (1.80 x 2.00) for two and a separate bathroom with shower, offering immaculate attention to details. Three additional guest can sleep to a comfy sofa bed for two and and one more to a couch bed.
First Floor
The abundance of space at the flow to light-filled living room is price for entertaining, with a fully-equipped, party-ready kitchen enriched with an indoor dinning spot for culinary wonders. The living room features a fireplace and 50’ smart TV for movies o’clock or a cosy corner to read your holiday book overlooking the blues. Reverse level living brings those inside close to the elements, with panoramic sea views and plenty of space to unfurl. An extra WC is available next to the living room area. Two bedrooms lay on this floor, one with a double bed (1.40 x 2.00) featuring an access to a balcony and a playful yard filled with a dreamy outdoor playground for our younger friends. The second double bedroom, with a queen size bed (1.60 x 2.00), has direct access to the pool area with captivating sea views. The two bedrooms have at their disposal another bathroom with a walk in shower for those who wish to relax after a day of exploration.
Second Floor
The airy master bedroom, with access to a spacious ocean view balcony, spreads-alone across the second floor, is one of a kind! Offering a serene haven to retreat, with a king size bed (1.80 x 2.00) overlooking the sea from the moment you wake up. Featuring an indulgent en-suite bathroom with a sea-view hydromassage bathtub & a walk-in shower is a sanctuary “just for two”. Miraida Exclusive Residence is enviably located at the entrance of Almyrida, which is a wonderful sea side village, and is within walking distance to its well known sandy beaches. The two main beaches close to your villa are Paralia Keras only 9 minutes walking distance and famous Almyrida Beach only 15 minutes walking distance. Almyrida beach is sandy with clear blue water and ideal for kids, as it is shallow and well protected from winds. Additionally, it is equipped with sun beds & umbrellas and has a wide variety of restaurants and bars to enjoy.
Almyrida has all the facilities and amenities one would need : well-stocked mini-markets, post office, pharmacy, ATM, a doctor’s office, a butcher's shop, bakery, various gift shops and traditional seaside shops at very reasonable prices. Further, there is a good selection of cafes, pastry shops and excellent traditional tavernas & restaurants, overlooking the the sea, which offer a warm welcome and a beautiful setting to enjoy some regional Cretan food, fish as well as international dishes.
Kalyves Village on the other side of Miraida Exclusive Residence, towards Chania, only 15 minutes driving distance, is also a must place to visit during your stay, with wonderful beaches and also a wide variety of shops and restaurants to cherish during your stay with us.
