4 Bedroom Place in Reykjavik, Kópavogur

Our house is centrally located in Reykjavik area in a nice and calm neighbourhood, only 7km away from the Reykjavik city centre. Bus transportation is just a few steps from our house.
Our house is on 2 floor, you enter the house on the ground floor, there we have two bedrooms, one bedroom with Queen size bed ( 160x200 ) and very nice sleeping sofa. The other bedroom has also Queen size bed ( 160x200 cm ). Then we have Laundry room with two sets of Laundry machines and dryers. Also bathroom with bathtub and shower. On the 1st floor we have the Master bedroom with King size bed and other bedroom with single bed ( 120x200 cm ), another single bed can be added there if needed. Our kitchen is fully loaded with everything you need, from the kitchen you can enter balcony where you can sit in the sun and enjoy the morning coffee.
The living room has nice sitting area and our TV Room has 85" TV, all bedrooms have big TV's. From the TV room you can enter our Patio / Garden where you can BBQ and also enjoy our Jacuzzi, and if you are lucky and the weather conditions are right you can see the northern lights from it.
From the living room you can go up extra floor where have sleeping sofa and TV and Guitars to play ( if you know how to play ).
Outside we have private parking for two cars.
We have baby crib and high chair for your children.
We provide linen, towels and soap etc.
We manage over 60 properties here in Iceland, most of them in Reykjavik area and also few outside of Reykjavik. Please let us know if you would like to split your stay, some nights in Reykjavik and some outside of Reykjavik. We also offer long term renting.
