Summary: Our friends, my husband and I had a wonderful, kids-free weekend here. The home is beautiful and well-equipped. We loved that each couple had their own bathroom, the spacious kitchen and living space, and perfect location near the downtown Bentonville square. Most everything was in walking distance or a close drive. We had a slight issue with a natural gas odor detected one afternoon while enjoying the weather outdoors and the owner responded promptly and the gas company fixed the line, which had been bumped by the lawnmower. The only negative was a few cleanliness issues where we stayed upstairs (hair from previous tenants in bathroom drawers, stained bathmat and clipped fingernails in the office chair) but overall a wonderful home and location. Hope to return again someday.
